Teaching collective nouns is fun! Everyday terms such as ‘a hive of bees’, ‘gaggle of geese’, ‘panel of experts’; and the more unusual: ‘a murder of crows’, ‘a parliament of owls’ and ‘a caravan of camels’ can be amusing to discuss.
